AUBURN — The Auburn Public Library will offer The New Year, New Career series of business programs for those looking to start their own company or expand their existing operations.

The program will be run by leading business experts Thursdays from 6-8 p.m. in the Androscoggin Community Room.

In addition, SCORE business mentors will provide free and confidential business mentoring at the library prior to the start of and during each program. SCORE mentors will be available on Thursdays by appointment to help startup or existing businesses meet their goals.

The schedule for the business programs is as follows: Jan. 10, Starting Your Own Business; Jan. 17, Preparing a Business Plan; Jan. 24, Preparing Cash Flow Forecasts; Jan. 31, Understanding Financial Statements; Feb. 7, Putting Cash Flow Back in Your Business; Feb. 14, Increasing Sales; Feb. 21, How to Price; Feb. 28, Marketing 101; March 7, E-mail Marketing; March 14, Social Media Marketing Made Simple.

Individuals may attend as many of these programs as they wish.
