AUBURN – Ronald and Garnet Johnson of Bass Harbor are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Lee Johnson of Auburn, to Stephen John Lagueux of Auburn, son of David and Louise Lagueux of Turner.

Miss Johnson received her associate’s degree from the University of Maine Augusta in liberal studies. She is currently working on her bachelor’s and master’s degree at the University of Southern Maine in occupational therapy. Currently, she is employed with the University of Southern Maine.

Mr. Lagueux is a 2007 graduate of the New England School of Communications in Bangor and received his bachelor’s degree in communications. Currently, he works for WMTW-TV in Auburn and is enlisted in the Navy Reserves.

The wedding is planned for 11 a.m. on June 15 in Poland Spring.
