RUMFORD — A memorial service honoring the life of Eva T. Grondin was held Saturday at SG Thibault Funeral Home. Fr. Robert Vaillancourt officiated. The Old Testament reading was proclaimed by Colleen Litalien. The New Testament reading was proclaimed by great-granddaughter Bailey Spurr. Personal reflections were shared by granddaughter Merrie Sue Spurr, who also read personal reflections written by granddaughter Lisa Resnick from California. Spring interment will be in Maine Veterans’ Cemetery. A reception followed at the funeral home.
