MEXICO — The police department responded to 50 incidents over the last two weeks. Among them:

Thefts:

* A Gleason Street resident reported at 7:21 p.m. April 7 that some time the previous night someone entered their garage, stole several 12 packs of Pepsi, among other undisclosed items, and went through their car. Police have a suspect.

* A Porter Bridge Road resident reported at 12:48 p.m. April 6 that some time between April 4 and 6, someone entered their building and stole $2,500 of copper piping from the basement. Lt. Roy Hodsdon said DNA evidence has been collected from the scene and is being investigated.

* A Kimball Avenue resident reported at 3:32 p.m. April 5 that some time the previous night someone broke into their garage and stole more than $200 worth of power tools and other undisclosed items. Lt. Hodsdon said that at 8:49 a.m. that day a Middle Avenue resident reportedly found property in his backyard that did not belong to him. The property matched items were reported missing by the Kimball Avenue resident. Police have a suspect.

* A Sun Valley Circle resident reported at 8:05 p.m. March 31 that someone stole CDs from their unlocked vehicles.

Arrests

* On April 6 an Orchard Street resident reported an assault. Upon investigating, police arrested Jessica Glover on charges of domestic assault and falsifying a written statement. Glover posted $800 bail and is scheduled to appear June 4 in 11th District Court in Rumford.
