FARMINGTON — Parents wishing to enroll a child in kindergarten at Mallett School should call 778-3529 for an appointment at registration, which will be held from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 30.

Pre-K registration will take place from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 16, or from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, May 17. Call 778-3529 for an appointment.

The child must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15 to register for kindergarten. For pre-K, the child must be 4 years old on or before Oct. 15.

Required at registration will be the child’s original birth certificate, up to date immunization records, a recent photo of the child and filled out parental questionnaire and medical history forms. New this year, registration packets should be picked up at Mallett School prior to registration.

Students who are currently enrolled in Mallett, Cushing or Cape Cod Hill School’s pre-K program do not need to re-register for kindergarten.
