RUMFORD — Graveside services for Leo F. “Demps” Kersey Jr., of Rumford, with full military honors, were conducted 10 a.m. Friday, May 3, at St. John’s Cemetery, Rumford, with the Rev. Robert Vaillancourt officiating. Military honors were provided by the Maine Military Funeral Honors Program, including Taps and presentation of the flag. The VFW Post 3335, American Legion Post 10, AMVETS Post 33, and Sons of AMVETS Squadron 33 provided honor guards, colors and firing squad. Arrangements were under the care of the MEADER & SON FUNERAL HOME, 3 Franklin St., P. O. Box 537, Rumford.
