NEW GLOUCESTER — Daniel Raymond Fecteau, 58, died in New Gloucester, May 10.
He was born in Lewiston, Nov. 9, 1953, son of Joseph R. Fecteau, deceased, and Pearl Lavoie of Auburn.
Dan went to school in Poland and grew up there, after he was employed at the Morin Brick Co. and worked in the masonry field along with his family.
Dan enjoyed hunting, fishing and helping his neighbors with gardens. He was generous and kind.
Dan was a member of the Auburn Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and enjoyed many friends there.
Dan leaves his devoted wife, Brenda; two stepsons, Chris and Shawn; a daughter, Nicole; stepson, Nick; Dan’s mom, Pearl Lavoie; three brothers, Mike Fecteau, Paul Fecteau and James Fecteau; and nieces and nephews, Kasha, Sam, Josh, Brittany and Luke.
He will be missed by all.
