JAY — Announcement is made of the engagement of Samantha Kerwin and Michael DeSanctis, both of Sturgeon Bay, Wisc.

Miss Kerwin is the daughter of Peter Kerwin and Shelly Kerwin of Sturgeon Bay, Wisc. She is a 2006 graduate of Sturgeon Bay High School and a 2010 graduate of Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree. In 2012 she received a master’s degree from Michigan State University.

Mr. DeSanctis is the son of Brent and Anne DeSanctis of Jay. He is a MK3 in the U.S. Coast Guard.

The wedding will be held at 4:30 p.m. on June 22 in Sturgeon Bay, Wisc.
