AUBURN — Rinck Advertising, an award-winning marketing, advertising and public relations agency in Auburn, continues to expand with the hire of two new staff members: Vicky Ayer, media director, and Lia Prysunka, production artist. These additions are the latest in a series of staffing increases at Rinck, which has more than doubled its size since 2011.

As a media director, Ayer specializes in traditional media strategy, planning and placement for Rinck. Throughout her 30 years of media experience, she has worked with clients from all over the United States and Canada. She comes to Rinck after spending 20 years as media director for Swardlick Marketing Group in Portland.

Production artist, Prysunka joins the Rinck team with a background in graphic and production design, website development and branding. She works with Rinck’s creative and digital departments to design, produce and execute websites and other online material. A native of Maine, she attended the New England School of Art and Design, and earned her bachelor of fine arts degree from St. Lawrence University.
