WILTON — A Livermore Falls man accused of beating a Wilton man in the head with a homemade club June 30 turned himself in early Wednesday.

Wilton police issued an arrest warrant for Juan Colon, 23, on a charge of felony aggravated assault on July 3. Police Chief Heidi Wilcox said Colon turned himself in at the Franklin County jail in Farmington at about 2 a.m. Wednesday.

Three other men, including the victim, are also charged in the case.

Police arrested Kahner Dee, 18, of Jay, on a warrant charging felony aggravated assault July 5 at his Farmington work place. Benjamin York, 18, of Jay, was arrested July 2 on the same charge.

The victim, Jason White, 43, of Wilton was also arrested by Jay police on July 2 on a charge of criminal threatening.

The incident started in Jay, police said.

According to an affidavit by Detective Richard Caton IV, White told police several men ran toward him when he went by 23 Maxwell Road in Jay. He told police he threw a Molotov cocktail into the road in their direction and the men chased him into Wilton, where he was assaulted, the affidavit states.

Wilton police responded to a report of people fighting on Main Street and found White unconscious in the street and bleeding from the head, Wilcox previously said. He was taken to Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington and released the following day.
