LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce will host a seminar, “4 Generations at Work,” from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, at the chamber office, 415 Lisbon St.
The topic will be how to engage a multigenerational workforce by understanding the talents and values of each generation. Presenter will be Susan Stacey of Manpower.
For the first time in history, four distinct and very different generations are working together. To be able to survive and thrive in tomorrow’s business environment, successful organizations need to manage, engage and retain the knowledge and talent they have within all generations by leveraging the values and work styles of each.
Cost for this seminar is $25 for members, $50 for nonmembers. Visit www.androscoggincounty.com or call 783-2249 to register.
