* A vehicle driven by Joseph Manduca, 17, of Monmouth rolled over, 12:40 p.m. Thursday on Young’s Corner Road. The 1999 Ford pickup truck driven by Manduca and owned by Thomas S. Manduca of Monmouth was towed due to disabling damage.
