BT Pallet/Irish Twins wins Class E State Tourney

BT Pallet/Irish Twins Pub won the Maine ASA Class E State Championship recently. Pallet started the first day with three straight wins before losing to Moshers of Waterville.

Pallet then rallied through the losers bracket, winning five straight to put them in the championship game against Moshers, who was the only unbeaten team left and had to be beaten twice. Pallet got off to a quick start putting up four runs in the first and two more in the fifth, ultimately holding on for a win to force the “if” game.

The second game started out very similar to the first, with Pallet putting up four runs early, but this time Pallet didn’t let Moshers hang around. They added two in the second and five more in the fourth to put the game away.
