Hope Association, 85 Lincoln Avenue, Rumford 207-364-4561
Thank you to everyone for supporting us in so many ways!
We are in the process of expanding our parking lot to better serve our visitors.
What do our clients do all day?
They all have many choices and programs to choose from — a few are:
Pre-vocational Skills, Job Club, Social Skills & Roles, Computer Skills, Sign Language & Gesturing, Volunteering for many local non-profits such as delivering Meals on Wheels & Helping visitors at the Information Center, visiting many Libraries, Personal Finances, SUFO — Speaking Up For Ourselves, Independent Living Skills, Glee Club, Current Events, Photography & Video Processing, Developing Artistic Talents, Quilting & Sewing, Exercise & Dancing, Music Appreciation, Shopping, Swimming, Bowling, Fishing, Track & Field, Processing Rags, Jewelry & Buttons to sell at the WNS, Nutrition & Cooking, Briar Patch Greenhouse, Gardening, Health & Safety, and many, many more activities.
The absolute best thing of all is being a part of the River Valley. Walking down the road, meeting family and friends, being accepted and included.
Thank you for giving us so many opportunities to give back. If you do not receive our monthly newsletter, please call to receive yours today. Information and tours may be scheduled by calling Donna Landry, Program Director.
