AUBURN — John Isaacson, CEO/partner of Lee Auto Malls, recently was elected chairman of the Covenant Health Systems Inc. Board of Directors.
Covenant is a New England-based health and elder care system headquartered in Tewksbury, Mass. He has served on the Covenant Board since 2004 and chaired the Finance Committee from 2005 to 2013.
Isaacson has also been an active board member and chairman at St. Mary’s Health System in Lewiston, which includes St. Mary’s Hospital and d’Youville Pavilion. St. Mary’s is a member of Covenant Health Systems.
Isaacson serves on the board of directors of the Maine Auto Dealers Health Insurance Trust as well as Greater Atlantic Insurance Company and Key Royal Reinsurance Company, both headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda.
Isaacson graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1984 and is a Rufus Choate Scholar. He lives in Cumberland with his wife, Linda, and has two grown children.
Covenant is a values-based, Catholic, not-for-profit health care system that sponsors hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living residences and other health and elder care services throughout New England.
