Eating Smart and Living Strong, free classes for seniors, will be hosted by Karen Toohey, left, community education assistant for the University of Maine Cooperative Extension’s Eat Well Nutrition Program and Tiffany Sweatt, right, community nutrition educator at Healthy Oxford Hills. Classes will be held at the Extension Office, Olson Road, South Paris, and will include free snacks, light exercise and nutrition education.
