We will provide a 10’ space, you will provide your own table and chairs.
If you require electricity, bring your own heavy-duty extension cord.
The $30 non-refundable fee needs to be paid in full in advance.
Limit of 2 spaces per crafter, please. We are also requesting a donation from your table for the Chinese Auction; we will collect that item the morning of the craft fair. Proceeds will go to the annual school scholarship program. Thank you for participating.
Please fill in the bottom portion of this form and make your check payable to the River Valley Chamber of Commerce-Christmas in the Valley and mail with your table fee to: River Valley Chamber of Commerce (Information Center), 10 Bridge Street, Rumford, ME 04276.
Due to the limited number of spaces available, we ask all exhibitors to reserve their space as soon as possible. Location in the gym is based upon the needs of the committee due to spacing etc.
The 2013 Christmas in the Valley Craft Fair will be by juried entry only.
If you were not part of the 2012 Fair then you must provide
a picture or sample of your craft.
Due to the popularity of our fair, we have decided to insist on
only homemade or handcrafted items. No Exceptions!
The kitchen will be staffed and there will be no other hot or cold dishes sold by any other organization at this fair.
