LISBON — St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church will offer a free women’s seminar, “Arise & Rebuild Your Relationships,” led by motivational speaker and author Michelle Neujahr from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 7.
“As Christmas approaches we become more aware of the troubled relationships in our lives. We long for close connections during this special time of year,” said Neujahr. “Yet the closer we get to Christmas, the higher the stress levels often become. Much of the season’s stress is due to the strained relationships we have with God, with ourselves and with others. If you’re ready to rebuild any of your current relationships, this half-day session is for you.”
Neujahr will share her journey of allowing Jesus to restore and rebuild many of the relationships in her life. Her daughter Brittni will join her for part of the session as they share together how God has restored their family and their relationship.
With more than a decade of experience as a motivational speaker and small business consultant, Neujahr is known for her high-energy, dynamic presentations. She is the author of “Hey Girlfriend – Live Passionately Real.”
Michelle and her husband, David, reside in Yarmouth, and are members of Eastpoint Christian Church in Portland. They have three children and one granddaughter.
A free lunch is also included and reservations can be made by contacting the church at 207-353-8453 or [email protected].
