CHICAGO — Realtor University has named Sharon A. Millett of Poland as its chairman of the Board of Regents, responsible for providing strategic direction, oversight and management to Realtor University, which delivers educational programs to students through a global online campus.

Millett has been a member of Realtor University’s Board of Regents since 2012. As chairman, Millett will help govern Realtor University by establishing programs, policies and objectives, ensuring sufficient resources are available for university operations and being accountable for the university’s financial performance.

Millett is a past president of the National Association of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors and was a founding co-president of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations.

Sharon currently serves on the Board of Central Maine Health Care, the Executive Committee of NAR and is the chairman of the Maine Real Estate Commission.

Realtor University is an Illinois 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation established by the National Association of Realtors and organized and operated exclusively for educational, research and related purposes.
