LIVERMORE FALLS — The American Legion Post 10 has canceled its Saturday, Dec. 21, supper so that people can attend the benefit supper for Elaine and Kenney Smith of Livermore Falls.
Elaine Smith, the Treat Memorial Library director, was recently diagnosed with cancer and has undergone surgery.
The Smith benefit spaghetti dinner will held from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the AMVETS Hall on Route 4 in Jay.
Admission is by donation.
