RUMFORD — RaeJean Moro, 66, died Wednesday, Jan. 8, at Rumford Hospital. She was a resident of Ridge Road in Peru.
Born in Rumford on April 14, 1947, she was a daughter of Ray and Audrey (Byron) Wentzell. She was a graduate of Stephens High School in Rumford, and enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
She was married in Gorham, N.H., on Oct. 30, 1965, to John P. Moro Sr., who survives of Peru. Other survivors include a son, John P. Moro Jr. and his wife, Melissa, of Peru; a daughter, Angela Barkhouse and her husband, Mike, of Peru; her mother, Audrey Wentzell of Peru; four grandchildren, Heather Doyle and her husband, Jason, of Durham, Emily Barkhouse of Peru, Ashley Russell and her husband, Andrew, of Winterport and Kassidy Moro of Peru; and a brother, Raymond Wentzell and his wife, Sandra, of Peru.
She was predeceased by her father, Ray Wentzell; a sister, Beverly Crispin; and her dog, Tina.
