RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Ivan J. Cormier was celebrated Monday morning, Jan. 13, at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Greg Dube was the celebrant.

Bernard Poirier was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Be Not Afraid,” “Ave Maria,” “You Raise Me Up” and “Let There Be Peace On Earth.” The Old and New Testament readings were presented by Barbara Doherty. Personal reflections were shared by Chris and Rachel Madore.

Spring interment will be at St. John Cemetery. A reception was served by the Daughters of Isabella in the parish hall. Services were under the care and guidance of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home in Rumford.
