- The New Vineyard Public Library expansion is moving along. Footings were poured in early December and by Tuesday the walls were up, the roof was on and windows were in. March 1 is the the target completion date. When the expansion is finished, the library space will more than double. The library, Historical Society and Town Office are in the building at right. The Town Office will move to the existing library in the front of the building and the Historical Society will move into the Town Office space.
