INDUSTRY — Curtis H. Moody died unexpectedly at his home in Industry on Saturday, Feb. 1.
He was born March 9, 1946, the son of proud parents Thurlow and Florence Moody. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He was the manager of Eagles Sport Shop in East Wilton for many years before opening his own business with his companion, Maxine, at Hilltop Market in Industry. He worked hard his entire life. He loved animals, especially his dogs that he had over the years. He loved fishing, hunting and going on camping trips.
He is survived by his life companion, Maxine Hartwell; daughter, Stephanie Gaboury and her husband, Linwood, of Industry; his daughter, Valerie Seitz and her husband, Ken, of Candia, N.H.; a son, Curtis Moody Jr. of Warren; grandchildren, Joshua Whatmough of Deerfield, N.H., Ryan Whatmough of Manchester, N.H., Mariah Gaboury of New Sharon, Megan and Marleigh Gaboury of Industry.
He is preceded by his parents.
