FARMINGTON — Three new members were elected to the 2014-15 Franklin County Budget Advisory Committee on Monday during a caucus of selectmen to represent county commission districts.

Jay Selectperson Tom Goding was elected to a three-year term to serve in District 1 with Wilton Selectmen Terry Brann and Scott Taylor. Goding replaces Jay Selectperson Tim DeMillo.

Farmington Selectman Joshua “Josh” Bell was elected to a one-year term as a representative from District 2. He replaces Drew Hufnagel, who has resigned from the Farmington Board of Selectmen. Chesterville Selectman David Archer and Farmington Selectman Ryan Morgan also represent District 2.

In District 3, Weld Selectman Mike Pratt was elected to a three-year term on the committee. He replaces Rangeley Plantation Selectman Cary Keep. Strong Selectman Mike Pond and Avon Selectman John Calloway also represent District 3.

County commissioners plan to begin reviewing a proposed budget April 15 and 16 at the county courthouse.
