LEESBURG, Fla. — A. Roger St. Pierre, 83, died Sunday, March 9, in Leesburg, Fla.
He was born and lived in Lewiston, until he moved to Leesburg, Fla., in 1994 with his wife, Germaine. He was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus, St. Paul Council No. 5644, both in Leesburg, Fla., and he did volunteer work for various charities.
He enjoyed playing the piano, dancing, musical events and most of all, spending time with family and friends. He was a retired accountant and veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Germaine, of Leesburg, Fla.; daughter, Ann M. St. Pierre, of Ware, Mass.; son, John D. St. Pierre, of Winthrop; two brothers, Eugene St. Pierre of Auburn and Raymond A. St. Pierre of Lewiston; and two grandchildren, Emily St. Pierre and Alyssa St. Pierre.
He was predeceased by his brother, Philippe St. Pierre; and his sisters, Sylvia Bernier and Muriel Baylis.
