- A helicopter above the tree tops Tuesday in Livermore Falls works on power lines off Diamond Road and Route 133 to pull a lead line as part of Central Maine Power Co.’s $1.4 billion Maine Power Reliability Program, CMP spokeswoman Gail Rice said. The company is upgrading its transmission system, constructing six new substations and making improvements to 40 existing substations, including one on Moose Hill Road in Livermore Falls.
