LIVERMORE — Two candidates are running for a three-year term to succeed Selectperson John Wakefield, who is retiring.
Tim Kachnovich and Melissa Gilbert are seeking election to the position June 10.
Running uncontested for a second, two-year term on the Board of Selectpersons is Peter Castonguay.
Town Clerk Renda Guild is uncontested in her bid to serve another two-year term.
Amy Byron, the interim treasurer, is also unchallenged for treasurer, a two-year term. Former Treasurer Kurt Schaub is now the town manager of Turner.
Cindy Young is also uncontested for another term on the RSU 73 Board of Directors.
