LEWISTON — The Androscoggin Chapter of the Maine Women’s Network invites members, guests and the general public to its meeting Wednesday, May 14.
It will begin with lunch promptly at 11:30 a.m. at the Franco-American Heritage Center.
The speaker will be Peggy Rotundo, who has represented Lewiston in the Maine Legislature for more than 13 years. She has received numerous awards for her work to improve educational opportunities in Maine, to improve the environment and to create greater civility in public life.
She also serves as director of Strategic and Policy Initiatives at the Bates College Harward Center for Community Partnerships.
