St. Pierre, a multi-instrumentalist, and singer-songwriter DeMille have developed their own take on traditional bluegrass music for 20 years. Called “masters of back porch music, presented with no pretense,” the two musicians combine mandolin and guitar with heartfelt vocals to take bluegrass to a new level. Combining some of their unique original tunes with old favorites, these two long-time friends use time-tested skills to forge something new.

Maine-native Rice, formerly a studio musician in Los Angeles now living in Scarborough, has been playing and writing songs for over 40 years. His eloquent, heartfelt lyrics combined with his unique vocals and guitar work have pleased audiences wherever he has performed. Rice splits his time between New York and Atlanta and points in between, where he continues to do what makes him happiest, playing his songs for fans.

Rounding out the evening will be singer/songwriter Hunsberger, who blends his lifelong passion for music with his unique perspectives on life, love, politics and nature. Influences of musicians like Jackson Browne and The Beatles are woven into Hunsberger’s music, along with echoes of Brubeck and Mose Allison. Clear vocals backed by keyboard and guitar highlight his live performances.
