HARRISON — Edwin V. Parsons, 59, of Harrison died Wednesday, May 7.
He was born in Norway on Nov. 12, 1954, the son of Richard and Elinor Swett Parsons. He graduated from Oxford Hills High School in the class of 1973. He had been employed as an outreach worker at the Bridgton Community Center and had been an all-around handyman. He enjoyed baseball and had coached little league. He collected baseball cards and loved yard sales.
He is survived by his soul mate, Judy Roy of Harrison; his father and stepmother, Richard and Inez of Oxford; his son, Nicholas of South Portland; his brothers, Rick and Diana of South Paris, David and Debbie of Florida and Scott and his fiancée, Cathy, of South Paris; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
