FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Tourism Network and The Maine Woods Tourism Training Initiative, sponsored by the Maine Woods Consortium, is offering a workshop highlighting industry trends, tactics and best practices for utilizing online marketing to build audience and deepen engagement.

The workshop will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, May 15, at the UMF North Dining Hall C in Farmington. Cost is $20 per person and refreshments will be provided.

Aimee Bermudez of the Dream Local Team will present “Building Audience and Engagement with Social Media.” Another topic will be “Monetizing Social” about investing in online marketing as a way to better engage a digital audience.
