SAN ANTONIO, Texas — Theresa “Sassy” “Terry” Parker Chase, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away in San Antonio on Wednesday, June 4.

Survivors include her daughter, Margo Given; grandsons, Brent and wife, Cece Given, and Brian and wife, Tami Given. In addition, she leaves four great-grandsons, Blake, Cord, Parker and Noah Given; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Theresa was predeceased by her parents, Grace and Percy Parker; her brother, Philip Parker; her son, Michael Chase; her son-in-law, Ronald Given; and her husband, Russell Chase.
Her family wishes to thank her caregivers at Stone Oak Care Center and Gentiva (formerly Odyssey) Hospice for the wonderful and loving care she received.
