On May 1, we had another great event at Bates College, this year put on by Cats Against Cancer. Visiting the event was Denise Mozal, from Michigan, who is a Mom On A Mission. She is participating in a Relay event in all 50 states and her Maine event was the Bates College Relay For Life which made this her 20th state. The students raised several thousand dollars in the fight against cancer.
