LIVERMORE — The town has received 11 applications for the full-time administrative assistant position, interim Administrative Assistant Renda Guild said Wednesday.
The deadline to submit an application is June 27.
The Board of Selectpersons will go into executive session at their July 1 meeting to review the applications. The board will then decide the next step, she said.
The selectpersons meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at the Town Office.
The meeting was moved to Tuesday because on Monday, June 30, the Town Office will close at noon to do the end of the year reports, she said.
The board selected Selectperson Mark Chretien as the new chairman of the board at Monday night’s meeting, Guild said. Selectperson Megan Dion had been the chairperson.
Guild said the town also needs more residents to volunteer to be on the Planning Board and the Board of Appeals. There are still several vacant positions, she said.
