Junco was formed during the summer of 2011, when singer-songwriter Bobby Sheehan gathered a group of musicians including drummer Alex Ouellette, singer-guitarist Bobby Sheehan, bassist Kelsey Sheehan and oboist Dan Stackhouse.
“The oboe really defines our sound,” said Sheehan. “Being classically trained from a young age, Dan brings a special perspective to our music. He rarely plays the same thing twice, which helps keep the songs fresh and unpredictable.”
