AUBURN —  KICTeam Inc. announces its acquisition of privately held Dyecor LTD of Hereford, UK, that will enhance the capabilities of KICTeam Europe.

The acquisition marks the completion of the first phase of KICTeam’s growth and expansion strategy and strengthens its mission of forming multi-locational facilities to better serve its customers and their markets. The new European operation will provide manufacturing and logistics in addition to sales and customer service.

The Auburn facility, 1130 Minot Ave., includes production, warehousing, order fulfillment and sales and executive offices. KICTeam has regional servicing and distribution locations in UK, Canada, Oceania, Europe, Brazil and Singapore.
