RUMFORD — Incidents under investigation
• Aug. 9, 8:27 a.m. — Report of a theft on Gilbert Avenue of a child’s trike and Big Wheel valued at $200.
• Aug. 4, 4:03 p.m. — A Cumberland Street resident reported a lawnmower valued at $100 was stolen from the basement. It is under investigation.
• Aug. 4, 11:54 a.m. — A Waldo Street resident reported money stolen from her apartment.
• Aug. 3, 12:09 p.m. — A Rumford resident reported the theft of a 2002 Dodge pickup truck from Knox Street. The truck was later found by the Maine Warden Service in Mexico on Aug. 5 with no known damage.
• Aug. 2, 2:08 p.m. — A Rumford man reported the theft of his cellphone.
