Season outlook: Poland lost one key starter — Rand, an All-Conference player who was a rock in the No. 1 position last year on his way to qualifying for the state tournament. There is plenty of experience on this year’s team, but with no clear player to carry the load, all players will need to contribute in a team effort for Poland to have a successful season.
