Coach: Stacen Doucette (third year)

Conference: West Class: D

Last year: 10-2, state champions

Returning players: Seniors — Kyle Flaherty (TB/DE), Alex Mace (slot/TB/SS), Samson Lacroix (MLB), Mikey Pease (G/DE), Cody Voisine (T/DT), Kyle Tervo (WR/CB); Juniors — Dalton Therrien (QB), Garrett Gile (C/NG), Levi Buteau (RB/LB).

Key losses: Parker Asselin (QB), Luke Washburn (TE/DE), Bayley Beaulieu (T/DT), Garrett Labbe (DT), Ryan Stevens (WR/CB).

Promising newcomers: Seniors — Logan Childs (T), Drew Gamage (WR/FS).

Season outlook: Oak Hill enters the season as the Campbell Conference favorite on the strength of its state title and the return of Flaherty and Mace, who have accounted for more than 6,000 yards of total offense in their careers. They’re two of six four-year varsity players on the roster, including Lacroix, the physical and spiritual leader of the defense. Therrien has huge shoes to fill after the graduation of four-year starter Asselin, but he brings a dimension of mobility to the position that should allow the Raiders to diversify their attack. Doucette is excited about the collective potential of what he calls a “no-name defense.” Another handful of November gold is possible.
