AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Division at Central Maine Community College will offer “Essentials of Project Management” from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on two consecutive Fridays, Nov. 14 and 21.

The workshop will cover how to plan, organize and complete projects on time and on budget. Participants will learn how to use a variety of project management methods and tools, including problem solving, work breakdown structure, estimating and forecasting, project scheduling, “Gantt Charting” and contingency planning.
