Ski club plans winter sale
FARMINGTON — The Farmington Ski Club will hold a winter equipment sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, in the Mt. Blue High School gym.
The traditional sale started as all used equipment, most of it skis and boots. Now vendors from across the state join and provide new, discounted winter equipment of all types. The used equipment is still popular as well, with people putting their winter wares on consignment. Season memberships will be available, and when $100 or more is spent on the sale items, the lowest price discount is offered on a pass purchased that day.
Consignment items will be accepted between 5 and 8 p.m. Friday at Mt. Blue High School. For more information, call 778-9031 or visit www.titcombmountain.com.
