The discussion will include: Information regarding a scientific breakthrough, including how it benefits a person’s overall health, as well as skin health: how to keep skin healthy in today’s toxic environment, how to repair damage already done and what to stop doing that encourages premature aging.

Speaker Pat Donahue worked for 20 years as a certified nurse midwife, then provided primary care in Lewiston-Auburn as a family nurse practitioner for eight years. In 2012, she trained to specialize in laser treatments of the skin and opened Your Best Skin of Maine.
