JAY — Police are investigating who smashed all the windows in a pickup truck parked in a lot in North Jay, police Chief Richard Caton IV said Wednesday.
The truck was left at SIB-Enterprises on East Dixfield Road/Route 17 between Nov. 6 and 10 by the owner, who picked up a company truck there to use for a few days, he said. The pickup truck owner is from the Lewiston area.
Damage is estimated at $1,000.
Anyone who has information or saw anything suspicious in the area is asked to call Jay police at 897-6766.
