FARMINGTON — Franklin Community Health Network announces the recent staff addition of Anna D’Epiro Cushing, LCSW, ATR. She is a licensed clinical social worker and art therapist, employed by Evergreen Behavioral Services and based at Franklin Health Farmington Family Practice.

Cushing is responsible for performing direct service delivery of behavioral health services as part of a primary care team. She provides assessment and diagnosis and brief, solution-based therapy for patients of all ages. She also provides patient education and support and completes referrals to case management and other services as needed.

She lives in Farmington with husband and 13-year-old son. She also has two adult sons.
