President Kathryn Foster spoke about UMF faculty and students interacting with the surrounding community and local businesses. Members of a UMF co-lab group call Farmington SOUP gave a presentation about their current project.

Farmington Soup will use donations collected at a dinner held April 10 to fund a creative project that benefits the greater Farmington area. Anyone who would like to submit a proposal for funding can find more information at www.farmingtonsoup.com. The attendees at the April 10 event will have a chance to enjoy a great meal, listen to the projects proposed for funding, and vote for a winning project.
