1954 – 2015

NORWAY — Gary Dale Harlow was taken home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 22, at Stephens Memorial Hospital, after suffering a brief illness.

He was born in Rumford on June 13, 1954, to the late Harland Harlow and Roberta Farrington Harlow of Waterford.

Gary loved the outdoors and during his childhood years he enjoyed going fishing with his grandfather Farrington and running through the fields with his cousins at the Harlow Farm in Woodstock. He also liked going to the ocean and collecting things in his pail.

He had a large coin collection and liked mining and writing poetry. Gary spent a lot of time with niece, Carla Evans and nephew, Lee Martin and contributed to their growth and creativity.

Gary is survived by his mother of Waterford; his sister, Donna LaRose of New Gloucester. Gary is also survived by Carla’s husband, Kris Evans and their two children, Emma and Benjamin.

Many thanks to his three great friends, Kerry Harlow, Paul Benson and Danny Martin. Also many thanks to staff and friends at Marston Street in Norway.
