AUGUSTA — Experts across the different sectors of the construction industry will participate in a panel, “What’s Building in Maine?” on Thursday, April 16 at the Augusta Civic Center, in conjunction with Construction Expo of Maine. The panel will feature a positive outlook at how the many and varied construction projects being planned, designed or built in the next few years will improve Maine’s economy.
The panel will begin at 10:30 a.m., in the Augusta Room in the North Wing of the Augusta Civic Center, and is part of the 35th Construction Expo of Maine, the state’s largest construction trade show. The Show and panel are sponsored by the Maine Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Proceeds of Expo fund the Chapter’s Scholarship Fund.
Moderating the panel will be Roxane Cole, owner of Roxane Cole Real Estate LLC, and Past President of the Maine Real Estate & Development Association. Panelists are:

Peter Mills, Maine Turnpike Authority Executive Director
Charlie Cianchette, Cianbro Vice President and General Manager of Building
Scott Brown – MaineDOE Construction Manager
Lauren Swett – Maine Section ASCE President
Peter DelGreco – President and CEO of Maine & Company
