LEWISTON – Tri-County Mental Health Services has appointed Charles Daly IV to the position of director of operations.

In the eight years prior to joining the TCMHS team, Daly was an instrumental leader at Stepping Stones in South Portland. There, his professional focus had been expanding the agency’s programs and service offerings across the state. Most notably, his work included managing the expansion of much needed infant mental health programs. The expansion saw a substantial increase in revenue, the addition of more than 100 employees, and four new facility locations.
