RICHMOND — Stephen Nelson Vieira, 64, of Hagar Street, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 18, at Mid Coast Hospital, Brunswick.
He was born in Gardiner on Aug. 20, 1950, son of William and Grace Vieira. He was a graduate of Richmond High School.
